A few years ago a friend bought me a bottle of David’s Unforgettable Balsamic Vinaigrette for Christmas and it was out of this world.   When I ran out of it I jumped online to order and one site said “no longer available” and the other site said “SOLD OUT”!!  I looked everywhere and simply could not find it.  I suppose I am not the only person that fell in love with so, here’s what I came up with to try and duplicate it at home.

Ingredients

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 teaspoon dijon mustard
2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
1 tablespoon minced clove of garlic
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well.  I personally use the Magic Bullet for all my salad dressing as well as for a ton of other things.  They are quite handle little things.
