Clean Eating Chicken With Artichoke Hearts

I fixed dinner one night and the next day my husband went on and on and on about how great it was. Inside I was completely cracking up. I looked at him and told him what all was in the recipe. He couldn’t believe something SO simple turned out SO good.

Try it!!

Ingredients

2 pound Chicken breast, cubed
1 package Frozen artichoke hearts
1 cup Chicken broth
Pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 390.

Place all ingredients into a 9 x 9 baking dish.

Cover with foil.

Bake for one hour.

Serve over brown rice.

Yields: 4 Servings
