Clean Eating Chili Pork Chops

There much debate about whether or not pork should be included in “clean eating”.  I do happen to eat pork.  Here is my version of Clean Eating Chili Pork Chops.

Ingredients

1 pound (1-inch) loin chops (4 chops)
extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 Tbs chili powder
1 Tbs dried cilantro

Instructions

Spray each pork chop with olive oil.

Sprinkle the remaining ingredients on each pork chop.

Turn over and do the same to the other side.

Cover and let sit for about an hour.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Servings: 4
