Clean Eating Macaroni Salad

Another one of my weaknesses lately is a good, light macaroni salad.  Here is my clean eating version.  Enjoy and share the recipe!!

2 cups uncooked whole wheat macaroni
1/2 cup clean eating mayonnaise of your choice
1 Tbsp  dijon mustard
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 cup red onion, minced
1 Tbsp dill pickle relish
1/4 cup celery, minced
fresh ground black pepper


Cook the macaroni according to package directions.  Drain and rinse with cold water until macaroni is cool to the touch.

Combine all ingredient and mix well.  Chill for at least one hour before serving.
