A very light and healthy Pork Fried Rice.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound pork chops boneless, cubed
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon Braggs
1/2 medium onion, diced
3 small carrots, diced
1 head broccoli, cut up
1 tablespoon ginger
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup peas
1 1/2 cups brown rice
2 medium egg
1/4 cup green onion diced

Instructions

Heat oil and garlic in a skillet and brown the pork until cooked through. Remove from wok and set aside.

Add onion, carrots, broccoli, ginger, and peas to the wok. Cook for about 2 minutes.

Push the vegetable mix to the edges of the wok and add the eggs. Cook the eggs and fold the vegetable mix into the eggs.

Return the pork to the skillet and add the green onions.

Cook for 5 minutes and then serve!!
