Clean Eating Taco Salad

I absolutely LOVE taco salads but when eating out they are loaded with a lot of fat. This is my make at home clean eating taco salad. I use my own homemade taco seasoning too to eliminate extra additives.

1 pound Ground beef (lean)
1 ounce clean eating taco seasoning mix
1 medium head lettuce, shredded
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
4 cups corn chips, crushed
1 cups shredded cheddar, 8 oz
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1 med onion, diced fine


Brown ground beef, drain well. Put in taco seasoning.

Prepare toppings while taco meat is cooking.

On a plate prepare a layer of crushed corn chips. Top with taco meat and then layer with toppings of your choice.

Servings: 4
