If you trust what “they’re” putting in your food, you need to educate yourself. In fact, if you’re trying to lose weight – check out these little gems below.   Just these couple of ingredients or manipulations (better term) put your body on a roller-coaster cycle to crave more.

High Fructose Corn Syrup – Stops the body’s ability to secrete lecithin – which tells your body you’re full. It’s cheaper than air, in everything and is usually the #1 or #2 ingredient. (Americans eat an average of 63 lbs. of this a year!).

MSG – If you order “no MSG” and use soy sauce, you’re putting it right on your food. Rats with MSG added to their diet ate 40% more than others that were not getting it.

Sugar – Blocks the calcium and magnesium from getting into your body, which causes you to crave sugar.

Artificial Flavors – They are “Artificial Taste Stimulators” which have no flavor. They play with your taste buds by enhancing the good flavors and blocking the negative flavors.

Out of one side of our government’s mouth, you hear we have a weight problem in the U.S. (Bloomberg is a good example).

Out of the other side, the FDA approves of all of this…..
